Return Policy

In order to cover our inventory and shipping costs, the following policy has become necessary (so we can stay in business).

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. (unless prior arrangement is made at the time of sale) NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned items.
  • All items must be in the original packaging, and also be unused and in new and resaleable condition.
  • All items must be accompanied by our sales slip.
  • Sorry, but special order items can not be returned. No refunds can be given on special order items.
  • All items must be returned at our shop. PLEASE – no returns at our trailer unless prior arrangement has been made.
