We ship via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air Service. Many states require up to 5 business days for Ground delivery; not counting the day it shipped. Quoted shipping dates are approximate. UPS shipping is based on business days which do not include Saturday or Sunday. 

Orders with in stock items received by 2:00 PM CST will ship the same business day or the following business day.

There is a minimum shipping fee of $8.00 that will be applied to each order placed.

With over 18,000 part numbers and due to human error, our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to insure these mistakes do not happen. If an ordered product's price is discovered to be in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

In the event an error is found, A Plus Rod and Kustom will inform you, the customer, before the order is processed. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order at the corrected price or cancel the order. This will all be done before any funds are requested from your credit card company. We will contact you by phone or email.
